After months of hard work, finally MU team decided to spoilt ourself with seafood steamboat at this very famous restaurant located at Sunway. Our original plan was scheduled on 31 August, but due to our Muslim colleagues’ holy Puasa month started on the next day, so finally we had a ‘double happiness’ celebration on Merdeka eve instead.
Our gathering took place at a three-storey restaurant situated in Sunway. We arrived at about 5.45pm, but very soon later the restaurant was full with guests. So ake sure you make a reservation first, or else you will have to line up at the outside to wait for your turn.
The most sought-after honey chicken wings that the chef took 15 minutes to prepare but finished in 10 seconds.
We stood there 10 minutes just to wait for the chicken wings to be served, but I went back to my seat with an empty plate cos the aunts and young kids were too efficient in fighting over for the chicken wings. Luckily my girl friend still managed to take a few pieces for us.

Overall, the food is good and the price is reasonable too (only RM22 per person). But, nothing is perfect. The service is so so only, especially their foreign workers who are not so friendly.
There was another merdeka makan-makan thingy at our neighbourhood too and everyone is invited, but we’re too full already to eat more.
